For materials management, education and IT

Every rep who wants to come in, one queue. Every preference card, where the room can read it.

One place to coordinate rep requests, a record of who was trained on what, and a catalog and preference cards your clinical staff can use. Your credentialing system keeps managing credentialing.

What goes wrong today

Three problems every materials manager and educator already has.

Today

Reps arrive by text, by phone and by turning up.

Three or four people per department can say yes, each in their own inbox.

With QuickTouch

One public request address and one queue, answered by the people you appoint, from their inbox.

Today

The sign-in sheet is the training record.

Accreditors expect you to show who is competent on what. A paper sheet proves who signed.

With QuickTouch

Invited and attended, separately, by name. Exportable for your education records.

Today

The preference card lives in one surgeon's head.

Printed in March, and a recall on a product it names never reaches it.

With QuickTouch

Cards tied to the catalog's product records, so a recall shows on every card that names the product.

Why free, and what it doesn't do yet
  • The device companies pay for their side. Nothing they pay buys a way past your door: you choose who answers, you can decline anyone, you can switch the calendar off.
  • No block list yet. You decline each request; you can't yet refuse a company once and for all.
  • No single sign-on with your directory yet. Joining by work email domain means IT cuts leavers' mailboxes, as with any tool.
  • No patient data flows today. The surgical case log, when it comes, won't reach a hospital without a business associate agreement.
  • No delete button yet. What happens to your data if you leave goes in writing before you claim.

Click through every part of QuickTouch at Anytown Regional.

Four people, one hospital, the same week. Pick the seat closest to yours: each path walks through everything that person can do here, from rep requests to preference cards and staff learning. No account, and every name and number is invented.

Analytics

Data is the core of QuickTouch, and the most valuable thing it gives you.

QuickTouch is a data-driven platform, and the data is yours, not the vendor's. The same report builder the device companies get, over your own records: who asked to come in and who was let in, who was trained and who wasn't, what the room used against what the card said, and the public Open Payments record for your own physicians. Nothing here is visible to a device company.

Rep & vendor coordination

A rep's request goes to the person you chose, and nowhere else.

  • Reps ask here, in one place. A public request address and a public times page, whether or not the rep has an account.
  • Your credentialing system keeps the door. A yes here is a yes to the meeting. The visit says so to the rep.
  • Yours to switch off. A hospital can pause the whole calendar. A device company cannot.

In-services and attendance

Who was invited and who was in the room are two different facts. We keep both.

  • Invite your own people by name. Each invitation answered on its own.
  • Record who was actually there. By the person or by you on their behalf. The rep's company sees the same list, by name.
  • Export it. Attendance only. The competency sign-off stays in your learning records.

For the room

Preference cards and a product catalog your clinical staff use for nothing.

Healthcare

Preference cards

  • Tied to the catalog's product records, so a recall shows on the card
  • Documents and images where the room finds them
  • Shared by a link you send, withdrawn any time. Nothing reaches a company unless you share it
  • The hospital's: when a surgeon leaves, the card stays and a colleague takes it over
Both sides

Product Catalog

  • Browse, compare and save; build collections for a procedure or a service line
  • Recalls and field safety notices shown over a product, whatever its lifecycle
  • Reach the rep who actually covers a product here
  • Variants and packages carry their own identifiers, so the shelf matches the record
Your organization

QuickTouch keeps a public directory, as directories do. Claiming your entry puts you in charge of it.

  • You decide what it says and which sites it shows. One primary location, the rest with their own visibility.
  • Staff land in the right place. Join by invitation, by request, or by work email domain.
  • Identity matched to the national NPI registry. A physician's name and NPI are matched against the public record and marked NPI matched. Other details say whether the person entered them or your organization confirmed them.

Who uses it

Materials management, education, the OR and the surgeon.

The materials manager

Decides whether a vendor may be on site at all, sits on value analysis.

The visit coordinator

Says yes or no to a rep, often from email, appointed over a department.

The nurse educator

Invites staff by name, records who was in the room, keeps the record regulators ask for.

The OR nurse and tech

Reads the card in the room and sees the safety notice before the product is opened.

The physician

Owns her preference cards and her NPI-matched profile.

The administrator

Claims the organization, sets how staff join, appoints who answers reps, can switch the calendar off.

Every change is on the record.

Who did it, before and after, and why. Nobody can edit or remove an entry, including us.

Patient data: none today, and a BAA before any.

Rep requests, attendance, cards and the catalog name your products and your staff, not patients. The case log won't reach a hospital without a business associate agreement signed first.

Nobody from QuickTouch stands inside your organization.

No impersonation, no "view as". If a screen looks wrong, we ask you what you see. Your IT's questionnaire: send it, we answer it.

Plans

Free for healthcare organizations. Nothing capped, nobody counts as a licence.
